This year MultiTable’s Business Development Manager, Hillary Kuenn, had a weeklong adventure at Dreamforce!
Dreamforce is an annual event hosted by the sales management platform giant, Salesforce, headquartered in San Francisco, California. Every year, Salesforce customers, partners, and business professionals attend a week packed with seminars, expos, networking and parties. Leveraging the Salesforce platform for the last year has really helped the MultiTable team communicate. This platform ensures that we are providing the best customer service to our very much appreciated customers!
Out of the numerous seminars she attended, Hillary got to listen to several superb keynote speakers including motivational speaker and powerhouse entrepreneur Tony Robbins. During his keynote, he expressed that “People don’t buy products; they buy emotions and identities. Society buys products to bring them closer to their goals of who they want to be.” Now that is some food for thought!
In addition to gifting a copy of his newest book “Money: Master the Game” to everyone in the audience, Tony left every Dreamforce attendee with five powerful words of advice for being successful. We know these words can definitely be felt with the MultiTable team.
Hillary also got to hear the founder, chairman, and CEO of Salesforce, Mark Benioff, introduce the magnificent Einstein to the audience. No, not the famous scientist Albert Einstein, but pretty close! Salesforce’s most recent technological breakthrough is known as Einstein, an artificial intelligence data scientist built into the core of the Salesforce platform. During his introduction of Einstein, Mark also encouraged everyone to donate to RED, an AIDS non-profit. We later found out that with all the Dreamforce attendees, we helped raise 3 million dollars for RED! Woohoo!
Hillary ended her exciting trip with a hands on demo experience of Pardot, Salesforce’s B2B marketing automation system. This platform is an exciting, new way for businesses to engage customers through targeted online marketing campaigns. The best part is that Pardot integrates directly into the Salesforce platform, making it easy to streamline our sales and marketing efforts to enhance productivity and drive results.
As you can see, not only did Hillary come back to MultiTable’s Arizona headquarters with heaps of valuable information and new connections, but she also scored plenty of cool Salesforce gear and even a cozy pair of socks from MultiTable’s very own standing desk customer, Brightcove!
If our experience has you curious about Dreamforce, we highly recommend checking out the recap of this year’s powerful event. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Dreamforce 2017, and maybe we’ll even see you there!
