After struggling with carpal tunnel syndrome, I was nearly through working on computers until I found this gem. Highest quality and no shortcuts on ergonomics whatsoever. I had a cheap version of this but it was not adjustable in all the ways I needed. This one did everything I needed it too and has been a real game changer for me. I suggest you get one immediately if you type on keyboards for any amount of time daily.

These keyboard mouse trays were extremely well made and can be adjusted in every necessary angle to not only stop carpel tunnel, but to allow me to get more done. Highly suggest anyone who types for even a couple hours a day should be using this.

This keyboard and mouse tray is a great product that I needed badly to improve my ergonomics. However, I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the rough handling required to make height adjustments. I like to fold the tray in at the end of the day so I can push my chair up to the desk before I leave for the day, but moving the tray up and down requires much more force than I would expect, and there’s no one technique that seems to work every time.
Other than this issue, it’s been a great addition to my workspace!
